Terms of Service for Empower Coaching

Welcome to Empower Coaching! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("Client") and HCWellness ("Company") regarding participation in the Empower Coaching Program ("Program"). By signing up for the Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

Empower Coaching is a structured, online fitness coaching program designed to help midlife women build strength, mobility, and confidence through personalized workouts, nutritional tips, and accountability and support.

2. Commitment & Payments

  • Minimum Commitment: The Program requires a minimum 3-month commitment from the Client.

  • Billing Cycle: Payments are billed on a monthly basis and will be automatically charged on the same date each month from the initial sign-up date.

  • Payment Method: Clients must provide a valid payment method at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may continue services on a month-to-month basis after the initial 3-month commitment.

  • To cancel, Clients must provide a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations must be submitted via email to hello@hadleycorpus.com. Any cancellations received less than 14 days before the next payment will be processed for the next month, and services will continue until the end of that billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used months.

4. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital coaching services, all payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • Clients who wish to discontinue the Program before completing the 3-month commitment will still be responsible for the full payment of the remaining balance.

  • In the event of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Company.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to follow the Program as outlined and communicate any concerns or modifications needed.

  • Clients are responsible for their own health and safety while engaging in workouts and nutrition recommendations.

  • Clients should consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program.

6. Program Modifications & Availability

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or update the Program’s structure, content, or pricing with prior notice.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., coach illness, system outages), adjustments may be made to provide an alternative solution for Clients.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • All Program materials, including workouts, nutrition guidance, and coaching resources, are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

  • The Company respects Client confidentiality and will not disclose personal information without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or other issues that arise from participating in the Program.

  • Clients understand that results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

  • The Company is not liable for any lost progress due to Client non-compliance, injuries, or external factors.

9. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Empower Coaching Program, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
