There are 5 workouts offered weekly. I try to keep most workouts under 45 mins—far less time than commuting to a gym or group class multiple times a week.

If you haven’t exercised in a while, don’t worry—I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your current fitness level, helps you build strength and mobility, and allows you to progress safely and confidently. However, this program may not be suitable for individuals with major injuries or conditions that significantly hinder movement.

Over my 13 years of working as a professional trainer I have found Suspension training straps, like TRX, offer several benefits over other gym equipment because of it’s greater versatility for different fitness levels, it’s portability, and a focus on functional movements that mimic real-life activities; making them ideal for individuals looking to enhance overall stability and coordination while performing exercises that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. However, if you only have a set of dumbbells, we can work with that.
