Just minutes from downtown, Gorman Heritage Farm is a true hidden gem with a network of amazing hiking trails and natural settings throughout the beautiful farm property.
The class will begin with a gentle yoga class to warm up the body, followed by shorter hike that leads up to the scenic overlook, showcasing spectacular views of the Mill Creek Valley. As you head back down the trail you'll make your way through the gorgeous sunflower fields while breathing in the fresh crisp early autumn breeze. Then it's time to get comfortable for guided meditation, giving you a chance to soothe and restore the mind, body and spirit. This is an opportunity to connect to nature, yourself, and of course our wonderful Cincinnati community.
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE TWO DIFFERENT CLASS TIMES FOR THIS EVENT, PLEASE PICK WHICH TIME YOU WOULD PREFER.
Please bring comfortable shoes to hike in (gym shoes are great), your own mat and a water bottle.
